Well firstly, I offer a FREE engagement shoot with no obligation to book me for your Wedding.

WEDDING OPTION 1
‘1st to 1st’
£450

 

Beginning with the first guests arriving at the ceremony and shooting throughout the day up to the first dances.
Includes group shots, candids, table details, favorites, seperate bride & groom shots in grounds or indoor in private.

What you get:

  • 1 x CD/DVD of the best of all the days shots  (approx 100-400 hires images)
  • 1 CD of the best of all the days shots (lowres)
  • (A charge of £25 per CD/DVD will be made for additional copies)

 

 

WEDDING OPTION 2

‘Preparation to Dance’

£550

With this package I will join the bride (or if you prefer, the groom,) early on the big day and get preparation shots as they get ready. As I work alone, it would be either the bride or groom only. There would be no ‘staged’ shots, instead, I would discreetly walk around capturing special moments as the bride or groom gets ready with close family and friends.

 

Following approx 30min – 1 hour of preparation shots, I would then continue onto capturing the first guests arriving at the ceremony and shooting throughout the day up to the first dances. This includes group shots, candids, table details, favorites, seperate bride & groom shots in grounds or indoor in private.

What you get:

  • 1 x CD/DVD of the best of all the days shots  (approx 200-500 hires images)
  • 1 CD of the best of all the days shots in low res format for uploading to websites etc. (approx 200-500 lowres images).
  • Additional CD/DVD’s are £25 per disc.

 

WEDDING OPTION 3
‘Preparation to Dance + Album’
£850

This service is the same as ‘option 2’ but with the addition of a 20 page, leather bound Wedding Album showcasing a range of shots from your special day.

The album itself is printed by one of the UK’s leading album manufacturer’s & printers – Loxeley Colour and features 20, double sided pages measuring 12” wide X 10” tall  with a genuine leather cover with your names etched into the leather for a truly personal touch.

‘Portraits Child/Family/Pet etc’
£75

This service is based on a 1 hour shoot at your home or if you prefer, a favourite location eg. gardens/woodland walks etc. within a 15 mile radius of my home in the West End of Glasgow. A mileage surcharge of 30p per mile will be added to locations outwith this boundary. For further journeys a suitable arrangement will be discussed prior to visit.

What you get:

  • 1 x CD of approx 20 images.
  • (A charge of £25 per CD/DVD is applied for additional copies)
  • 1 x A4 gloss or matte finish print of your choice from the shoot.

(An optional Photoshop colour treatment service can be added to any images. Treatments such as black & white/sepia/colour and black & white.
This is charged at £3 per image rendered.

 

SPECIAL EVENTS/ON-LOCATION

You can hire me for a day or a couple of hours at a time depending on your event requirements.
The following prices  do not include mileage charges. All images will be supplied on disk.
and you the customer will retain copyright to all images captured on the day.

Photography terms and conditions:

Weddings:
A non-refundable deposit of £100 is required upon booking confirmation. The outstanding balance should be paid in full within 14 days prior to the Wedding Day. Failure to do so will result in cancellation of shoot. Cancellation of a pre-paid Wedding shoot outwith 14 days of the event will result in a full refund minus the £100 deposit. Cancelation within 14 days of Wedding will result in no payment being refunded due to 1 days photography time lost – it is important to note when booking a photography shoot – your paying for the photographers time as much as for the images produced.

Home visits:
Price is based on a 1 hour home visit. Payment must be recieved prior to visit. For child portraits, it is adviseable to prepare for visit. I.E. child suitably clothed/fed etc. Andy Allan cannot be held responsible for additional time required due to ill-preparation. The releasing of CD’s/DVD’s. All images remain the copyright of Andy Allan and may be used for promotional purposes on the Andy Allan Visual Arts website or through printed materials such as brochures, adverts etc.
